QUICK INSTALLATION
OVERVIEW
There are two types of installations. Either with hidden
fasteners or classic top screw method.
Installation using the hidden fasteners system
Hidden fasteners may be used to avoid the unsightly look of
screw heads on top of the deck boards.

·
Hidden fasteners have to be placed between the boards and on top
of the wood substructure.
·
Each hidden fastener is screwed down between the boards to
create a strong & durable structure.
·
After installing the hidden fastener the next decking board
is attached with the standard gap of 4 mm which is automatically done by
the fastener.
·
The installer has to make sure that the installation conforms
to factory instructions and local building codes.
·
Only the first and last boars of the complete deck
structure have to be top screwed.
·
Hidden fasteners greatly improves the appearance and
reduces installation time.
The Classical Installation System using top screws
The screws always have to be applied at a 90 degree angle to
the joists.
The Profiles have to be pre-drilled.
Stainless steel screws must be used to avoid future problems
caused by weather conditions. If coated or galvanized screws are used,
this may lead to staining or reduced decking life.
Use two screws to attach decking at each joist.
The screw heads can be painted to improve appearance after installation
is complete.
After installation is complete, the surface can be sanded &
cleaned to prepare the deck for any kind of paint or stain.
